Meet Naghmeh : Instructional Designer, Creative Thinker, and Lifelong Learner
Welcome to my corner of the digital world! I’m Naghmeh Ghodselahi, an instructional designer with a passion for blending creativity and technology. My journey began 20 years ago as a bank cashier, where I quickly discovered a knack for retail customer support. As I transitioned into the HR department, I found myself drawn to the exciting world of training and development.
With an MBA and a post-graduate degree in Web Design and UX Design, I dove headfirst into the realm of online learning. My diverse experiences across both corporate and academic settings have honed my skills and deepened my understanding of instructional design. I’ve had the pleasure of working on a variety of online learning projects, each one helping me refine my expertise and stay abreast of the latest technologies and design trends.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mother of two beautiful girls, who inspire me every day. When I’m not designing engaging learning experiences, you might find me painting with watercolors, capturing moments through photography, or playing tunes on my harmonica. I also enjoy videography, which adds another creative layer to my hobbies.
